BALTIMORE (WBFF) — Carrie Shelley, the owner of Enchanted Cakes & Treats in Parkville, officially set a Guinness World Record for the most cupcakes iced in one minute.
She achieved this challenge live on stage on December 6 at the Christmas Village in the Inner Harbor, successfully icing 57 cupcakes.

This isn’t the first time Shelley has broken a record as she previously set another one in 2022, shortly after undergoing neck surgery.
“I wasn’t even fully healed, so I knew I could do better,” she said in an interview with FOX45 News.
Shelley reflected on her win, saying she felt very excited and admitted she didn’t expect to ice that many in a minute, but added that the energy of the crowd pushed her to keep going.
