
BALTIMORE (WBFF) — A man is dead following a motor scooter crash on Monday morning in Curtis Bay, according to the Anne Arundel County Police Department.
On Aug. 24, around 9:40 a.m., officers responded to Fort Smallwood and Hilltop Roads for a report of a vehicle collision involving a motor scooter.
A Mazda 6, driven by a 17-year-old girl from Glen Burnie, was traveling on Fort Smallwood Road and attempted to turn left onto Hilltop Road.

A Zhejiang motor scooter, driven by 39-year-old Robert Louis Tuite from Pasadena, was traveling north on Fort Smallwood Road when the Mazda turned in front of it.
This resulted in the scooter driving straight into the passenger side of the Mazda.
Tuite was transported to a local hospital, where he died the next day.
The Anne Arundel County Police Crash Reconstruction Team will be handling the investigation.
