A Pasadena man was sentenced to over a decade in prison for charges related to child sexual exploitation, according to the Maryland U.S. Attorney’s Office.

Andrew Joseph Stilling, Jr., 39, was sentenced to 15 years in prison, followed by 30 years of supervised release, officials reported.

In September 2024, Stilling participated in an online group with individuals who had sexual interests in children, as stated in his guilty plea.

Within this group, officials said that Stilling discussed secretly recording a minor while they were showering.

Over three months, Stillings would record videos of the minor and send screenshots of the videos to other individuals in that online group.

When Stilling was arrested, officers found him in possession of child sexual abuse material on his cellphone, including at least one photo depicting a “prepubescent minor engaged in sexually explicit conduct,” authorities said.
