Pedestrian killed after being hit by vehicle in Lochearn

(WBFF) — A person was killed after being hit by a vehicle on Liberty Road just outside the Baltimore City line, police said.

Around 6:15 p.m., a pedestrian was struck near the intersection of Liberty Road and Forest Hill Road in Lochearn in Baltimore County.

The victim was taken to a local hospital in critical condition. They were later pronounced dead.

A second incident involving an MTA police officer also occurred in the same area later in the evening, though details on that were not immediately available.
