BALTIMORE (WBFF) — Baltimore police are investigating after a 16-year-old boy was shot in the foot inside a home on Saturday in northwest Baltimore.
Officers responded to the 3000 block of Westwood Avenue on Feb. 28, at approximately 10:60 p.m., for a reported shooting.
Police said officers found a 16-year-old boy suffering from a gunshot wound to his foot.
The teen was taken to a local hospital for treatment, where he is expected to recover.

Detectives located a crime scene inside a home in the 3300 block of Westwood Avenue.
Northwest District detectives are investigating and ask anyone with information to contact them at 410-396-2466.
