Police investigating after armed robbery of 7-Eleven store in Brooklyn Park

BROOKLYN PARK, Md. (WBFF) — Authorities are investigating an armed robbery of a 7-Eleven store in Brooklyn Park.

On Feb. 20 around 1:10 a.m., police responded to the 7-Eleven in the 4000 block of Ritchie Highway for a report of a commercial armed robbery.

Police said that a suspect entered the store, threatened an employee with a knife, and stole items from the store before fleeing.

The suspect was described as a Black man aged 20 to 30 with facial tattoos. He was wearing a green hooded sweatshirt, a blue puffer jacket, and black pants at the time of the robbery.
