
PASADENA, Md. (WBFF) — Authorities are searching for two suspects involved in an armed carjacking in Pasadena on Tuesday.
On Feb. 24, around 11:55 p.m., officers responded to the area of Catherine and Harlem Avenues in Pasadena for a report of a carjacking.
The victims told police they were driving on Catherine Avenue when their Jeep Compass experienced mechanical issues.
When they pulled the vehicle over to inspect the issue, a black SUV pulled up and stopped behind their Jeep.
Authorities said that two suspects armed with handguns exited the SUV, and demanded the Jeep.
One suspect entered the Jeep while the other returned to the SUV, and both fled the scene.
Multiple officers responded to the area, but were unable to locate the suspects.
Authorities describe the suspects as two Black men that were wearing dark-colored hoodies, black pants, and ski masks at the time of the carjacking.
