SEVERN, Md. (WBFF) — Anne Arundel County Police are searching for two suspects connected to an armed carjacking in Severn.
On August 17 around 5:50 a.m., police responded to the 1700 block of Village Square Court in Severn for a report of a carjacking that had just occurred.
Authorities spoke with the victim, who said he had exited his home and entered his vehicle to go to work when two men approached him.
The victim described the suspects as two black men wearing gray hooded sweatshirts and black pants.
Police said that one of the suspects was armed with a handgun and demanded the victim get out of the car.
When the victim complied, both suspects entered the car and fled the area.
Authorities said that a short time later, the vehicle was found unoccupied at Provinces Park.
