BALTIMORE (WBFF) — Police are seeking the public’s help identifying a person in connection to a northern Baltimore cutting from November.
Authorities said on Nov. 11 around 8:14 a.m., officers were notified of a non-fatal cutting in the 2500 block of Greenmount Avenue.
