BALTIMORE (WBFF) — More than 1,000 flyers, a five-figure reward and a striking billboard off the highway paid off Thursday when Jordan Gray was reunited with her 4-pound poodle, Babette.
“It almost doesn’t feel real,” Gray said in a phone interview. “It’s like everything is right with my world again.”
A victim advocate at Mercy Medical Center, Gray’s far-and-wide search began almost two weeks ago when a pet-sitter tripped walking around Patterson Park. The moment her leash hit the ground, the usually calm designer dog bolted.
Gray said what came next were “the longest 13 days of my life.”
