
TEMPLE HILLS, Md. (7News) — Prince George’s County school employee Xaviour Smith was indicted in federal court Thursday on child sexual abuse charges.
The 28-year-old is accused of coercing three minors to engage in sexually explicit conduct for the purpose of producing visual depictions between March and August 2025, according to the U.S. Attorney’s Office for the District of Maryland.

Smith is the founder of 1011 Dance Academy in Temple Hills, which serves eight through 18-year-olds.
He faces five counts of producing child sex abuse materials, and if convicted, could spend a minimum of 15 years and maximum of 30 years in federal person.
