
BALTIMORE (WBFF) — A 27-year-old man was arrested Wednesday night after leading police on a chase, which ended with several vehicles struck and three injured officers.
Around 7:17 p.m. on May 13, officers from the Regional Auto Theft Taskforce (RATT) and Western District encountered a vehicle wanted in connection to a carjacking, police said.
As police approached the vehicle, the driver fled at a high rate of speed.

Foxtrot, Baltimore City’s police helicopter, was called and helped in pursuing the vehicle, officials said.
The suspect hit several vehicles, including two police vehicles.
The suspect’s vehicle became disabled after it hit a building in the 1600 block of Booker Court, which is located in the Sandtown-Winchester neighborhood. The suspect tried to flee on foot, but officers quickly arrested him.
Police believe the suspect is a 27-year-old man. He was taken to a local hospital with minor injuries, according to police.
A man was also transported to a local hospital for treatment. It’s unclear at this time how the man got hurt.
Three officers also suffered minor injuries and are being treated at local hospitals.
