Severn man arrested after Glen Burnie drug raid, police say

Glen Burnie, Md. (WBFF) — A Severn man was arrested last Friday in connection with a drug investigation in Glen Burnie, the Anne Arundel County Police Department announced Monday.

On March 27, around 5:30 a.m., the department’s Quick Response Team executed a search and seizure warrant in the 7800 block of Tall Pines Court for a drug investigation.

During the search, detectives found 308 grams of suspected marijuana and an unsecured handgun on the floor.

The suspect, 23-year-old Shawn Gross, was taken into custody where he was charged accordingly.
