Students evacuate school bus after pepper spray incident in Towson

BALTIMORE (WBFF) — Baltimore County firefighters responded to a school bus after pepper spray was used on the bus in Towson, officials said.

Firefighters responded to the bus located at the 8300 block of Pleasant Plains Road.
