With some Baltimore roads exceeding 8 inches of snow this weekend and other areas of the city projected to reach gusts of up to 28 mph, dining out might not be the first thing on everyone‘s mind. But for those eager for a cozy culinary excursion, several city restaurants will remain open Monday in spite of the snowy terrain and winter chill.
