BALTIMORE (WBFF) — A Baltimore County paramedic accused of filming pornographic videos of himself masturbating into his colleagues’ food and public property will be held without bond, a judge ruled Thursday.
Christopher M. Carroll’s surrender to authorities this week came after a roughly two-month investigation into purported misconduct at county facilities.
Although fire department officials have never confirmed Carroll as the subject of the investigation, including in a statement Thursday, before Wednesday’s arrest, Carroll addressed the allegations in December in a Harford County courthouse, where a protective order against him was granted to his wife.
In those since-appealed proceedings, Carroll, 36, defended the pornography as “parody” and role play between “consensual adults that are creating this for art.” He said any items that were used in a video were his own.
