A Brewers Hill building that houses a sports bar owned by a former NBA player is scheduled to be auctioned this month.

The property, home to Baltimore native and former Atlanta Hawks guard Malcolm Delaney’s So Baltimore Sports Bar & Lounge, is scheduled for a foreclosure auction Sept. 25 at 11 a.m., according to a listing from A.J. Billig & Co.

The two-story corner tavern at 3734 Fleet St. was built in 1920, the listing states. Bidders must post a $35,000 deposit.

Delaney bought the 2,170-square-foot building through his LLC for $500,000 in 2021, according to state property records. The bar opened a year later.
