BALTIMORE COUNTY, Md. — Trader Joe’s is planning to open a new store in the Anneslie Shopping Center in Baltimore County, expanding its footprint in Maryland, according to the grocery chain’s website.
The grocery chain announced that the new store will be located at 6311 York Road in the Anneslie Shopping Center, replacing a former Party City.
The company did not announce an opening date, but a spokesperson said new stores typically open three to six months after they are officially announced.
The new store will be Trader Joe’s 12th location in Maryland. The chain’s existing stores include a location on Kenilworth Drive about 3.5 miles from the planned Anneslie store.
