
BALTIMORE (WBFF) — The suspect and the Baltimore police officer involved in thedeadly police shooting on Tuesday have been identified, the Attorney General of Maryland announced.
The decedent was identified as 33-year-old Jonathan Ingram of Baltimore, Maryland, authorities reported.
The officer was identified as BPD Officer Brian Loiero, a 15-year veteran. Officials said Officer Loiero is assigned to the Special Weapons and Tactics (SWAT) team.

On March 10, officers were called to a burglary on Park Heights Avenue, and upon arrival, they encountered gunfire from a suspect inside a home, resulting in one officer being shot in the leg.
A female victim escaped by jumping out a window, while another woman suffered non-life-threatening injuries. Both were taken to a hospital for treatment
SWAT officers were dispatched and ultimately shot the suspect.
The officer who was shot was later discharged from the hospital and is now recovering.
