BALTIMORE (WBFF) — A Baltimore police officer was indicted Tuesday for unauthorized use of a motor vehicle and theft of between $1,500 and $25,000, the state’s attorney’s office confirmed.
The charges stem from an incident that happened on May 1, according to online court records.
Officer Keith Tate was also suspended without pay pending an investigation.
Tate’s initial appearance hearing is set for Oct. 1 at 9 a.m.
