
BALTIMORE (WBFF) — A 14-year-old boy was shot Thursday afternoon in southeast Baltimore, less than 24 hours after an 11-year-old boy was shot in Baltimore’s Upton neighborhood.
On May 28, around 3:17 p.m., officers responded to a house in the 3600 block of Noble Street for a reported shooting.
Once there, police found a 14-year-old boy suffering from gunshot wounds to the body.
The teen was transported to an area hospital and listed in stable condition.
A person of interest was taken into custody to be questioned, according to officials.
Southeast District Shooting detectives responded to the scene and assumed control of the investigation.
Just yesterday, an 11-year-old boy and 26-year-old man were shot in Baltimore’s Upton neighborhood.
On May 27, around 7:40 p.m., officers responded to the intersection of Pennsylvania Avenue and Dolphin Street for a reported shooting.

When officers arrived, they found both an 11-year-old boy and 26-year-old man shot. The child sustained a gunshot wound to his abdomen, officials said.
The child is listed in serious, but stable condition while the man is in stable condition.
Police searched the area and found that two people pulled up in a vehicle across the street from a playground and shot towards the playground.
The adult victim is believed to have been the target, Baltimore Police Commissioner Richard Worley said during a press conference Wednesday night.
