(WBFF) — Travelers at Baltimore/Washington International Thurgood Marshall Airport were treated to a festive surprise this week as TSA agents swapped their usual security duties for singing Christmas carols.
A video of one agent’s powerful rendition of Mariah Carey’s “All I Want for Christmas Is You” went viral on TikTok, amassing over one million views. Although TSA agents are unable to comment due to governmental policy, their performances have left a lasting impression on travelers.

A Morgan State basketball player, passing through as the team returned from an away game, said, “I was tired, we’ve been traveling all night so they came and they started singing, and it put a smile on my face.”
Another traveler simply said “They start singing, and my eyes just lit up.”
The unexpected serenades have brought smiles and holiday cheer to a typically stressful environment. One traveler commented, “Definitely brightens the mood. We’ve been up since 1:30 this morning so it’s nice to have a little Christmas cheer.”
The performances served as a reminder that during the hectic holiday season, the best gifts often come unexpectedly. As one traveler put it, “Thank you for adding a little bit of joy and a little bit of peace to this hectic holiday travel experience.”
