Two people arrested after stolen Kia, drugs found in Motel 6 parking lot in Linthicum

Linthicum (WBFF) — Two people were arrested in connection with a stolen vehicle and drugs in Linthicum last Friday afternoon, according to the Anne Arundel County Police Department.

On April 3, around 3:22 p.m., an officer received an alert regarding a stolen vehicle in the 5100 block of Raynor Avenue.

The officer found the vehicle, a 2008 Kia Rio, in the Motel 6 parking lot, with two occupants inside.

The driver was found to be in possession of about 27.17 grams of suspected crack cocaine, 14.24 grams of suspected Fentanyl, 1.02 grams of an unknown white powder, and $1,327 in cash.

The driver and passenger, identified as 41-year-old Jacori Coates of Curtis Bay and Horacio Silva of Hanover, were arrested and charged.
