Baltimore police have arrested two teens in connection with a pair of moped robberies on Thursday night in east Baltimore.

On April 30, around 9:05 p.m., officers responded to the 1300 block of East Eager Street for a reported armed carjacking of a moped.

Upon arrival, officials say a 44-year-old man reported he had been robbed while sitting on his moped.

Investigators say two male suspects approached the victim, and one may have been armed with a gun.

The suspects forced the man off the moped and fled the scene.

Police broadcasted descriptions of the suspects, which led to a break in the case.

Detectives in the Eastern District soon notified Central District officers that they had two individuals in custody in connection with a separate moped robbery committed earlier that day in the 1600 block of Rutland Avenue.
