Welcome back to another episode of “Unredacted”! I wrote earlier on the Cornell rape case, which I urge you to check out. I think these boys did an incredibly stupid thing and should never have put themselves in this situation. But under the law, the fraternity brothers should not be criminally or civilly liable. That doesn’t mean the legal system will work correctly, however. The case will go through the legal process, and I think it will get even more interesting once the boys’ races are discussed. This wasn’t a group of rich white boys. It included a variety of races, which will make the media very uncomfortable. Anyone with common sense would have stayed away from this situation. Young boys and girls can learn a lesson from this.
