A new investigation suggests that this crisis was not accidental but engineered. Schweizer claims that foreign adversaries such as China, the Muslim Brotherhood, and Mexico openly discuss using mass migration to undermine American civilization. Domestically, he says, some on the political left see a political advantage, as studies indicate that most illegal immigrants lean further left than American citizens. This, he argues, creates a power base for some domestic entities, leading to resistance against deportations.
Schweizer also highlights the billions of dollars flowing through NGOs, foundations, and government contracts that facilitate illegal entry and resettlement, often funded by U.S. taxpayer dollars. He questions whether the American people voted for such a transformation of society, suggesting that the motivations behind these actions are politically driven rather than purely humanitarian.
The book also points to Democratic leaders, including former DHS Secretary Alejandro Mayorkas and former President Biden, as having made decisions that support this engineered crisis. Schweizer claims that Democratic presidents, including Bill Clinton, Barack Obama, and Joe Biden, have historically watered down or eliminated restrictions on obtaining U.S. citizenship, such as criminal background checks and literacy requirements, to gain new voters.
