Nancy Mace says Epstein victims can’t name names or else they’ll be sued

South Carolina GOP Rep. Nancy Mace on Tuesday defended the victims of disgraced financier Jeffrey Epstein, saying they couldn’t name names or they would be sued.

“Stop victim blaming,” Mace wrote on X.

“If the Epstein victims name names in public, they will be sued by those who “allegedly” preyed upon them. Trust me on this.”

She said that they would get the names and that she and other members of Congress are going through the files.

“I believe between the handful of Members of Congress digging deep right now; we will get the names,” her post continued.

“Every single one. And you will too.”

Epstein was convicted of sex trafficking minors in 2019. The Department of Justice has recently released millions of files about him and those who he was in communication with.

However, many names have been redacted, and some members of Congress including Thomas Massie (R-Ky) and Ro Khanna (D-Calif), have been attempting to get the named unredacted.

Conservative commentator Matt Walsh earlier this week asked why Epstein victims were not naming names.

Mace announced that she would be reviewing the unreacted Epstein files and she would have more to say afterwards.

“We’re headed to the DOJ to review the UNREDACTED Epstein files,” she wrote on X.

“The ones they don’t want YOU to see. Every name. Every message. Every sick detail they tried to hide. We’re finding out EXACTLY who said what. We will NOT be silent about what we find afterwards. All of it is coming out. Buckle up. The reckoning begins now.”
