Ohio man arrested after allegedly inappropriately touching himself in Walmart parking lot

BOARDMAN, Ohio (WKRC) – An Ohio man was arrested after he allegedly inappropriately touched himself in a Walmart parking lot.

According to WFMJ, 36-year-old Larry Kelley Jr. is facing multiple charges after he allegedly inappropriately touched himself in a Walmart parking lot.

Per the report, Kelley was in the parking lot of a Walmart on Doral Drive on the morning of February 27. When speaking with law enforcement, a woman said she woke to a man tapping on her window after she dozed off in her car, according to the report.

The woman said she let Kelley know she was OK, so he returned to his vehicle, which was parked next to hers, the report states. There, he allegedly began performing sex acts on himself, then honked his horn before asking if the woman wanted to join him, according to WFMJ.

The woman then informed the suspect that she was calling law enforcement, per the report.

Days later, on Tuesday, March 3, the suspect pulled into the same Walmart. An employee said she went to Kelley’s vehicle to deliver a curbside pickup order when he told her that he wasn’t feeling well, per the report. After she replied, “Sometimes life is hard,” the suspect allegedly responded, “That’s not the only thing that’s hard,” then reportedly began performing sexual acts on himself, according to WFMJ.

Kelley turned himself in to law enforcement on March 10 and was charged with the following, per the report:

Public indecency (two charges)

He was scheduled to appear in court on March 12, WFMJ reported.
