WASHINGTON (TNND) — President Donald Trump proudly displayed a few pins on his lapel during a meeting at the White House with top oil executives on Friday — including a pin that depicted the president himself.
Trump wore the pin on the lapel of his suit jacket. It was right below a pin of the American flag.
Fox News’ Senior White House Correspondent Peter Doocy spotted the pin and inquired about it.
“Somebody gave me this. You know what that is? That’s called a ‘Happy Trump.’ And considering the fact that I’m never happy. I’m never satisfied. I will never be satisfied until we Make America Great Again,” he told reporters during the meeting’s Q & A session at the White House.
“But we’re getting pretty close. I’ll tell you what — this is called a ‘Happy Trump.’ Somebody gave it to me. I put it on,” he added.
The pin quickly became all the buzz on the internet, with people posting about it on social media.
“That’s what a HAPPY TRUMP looks like,” one user wrote. “President Trump gets a question about his special pin. Honestly, how does anyone hate this guy? The man is comedy gold.”
Others shared similar sentiments. Some asked where they can purchase the pin.
“Where can I purchase a ‘Happy Trump’ pin? Me want one,” another user wrote.
“I want a ‘Happy Trump’ Lapel pin!!” a woman added.
“A Happy Trump pin is great, lets [sic] put them everywhere!” a man wrote.
The discussion about the pin came to light as Trump and members of his Cabinet met with nearly two dozen representatives from the “largest oil companies in the world” to talk about plans for revitalizing Venezuela’s oil production and making investments in the country.
“Yesterday, 30 million barrels of oil was given to us by Venezuela,” Trump said to start the meeting, adding that the oil is on the way to the U.S.

“That’s a lot of oil. It’s about $4 billion worth of oil,” he said.
