Temple Israel Pictures Show Aftermath of Terrorist Targeting Children’s Daycare

Last week, a terrorist armed with a rifle and a truck full of fireworks and accelerant tried to kill 140 kids in the Temple Israel synagogue in West Bloomfield Township, Michigan.

The man drove a Ford F-150 into the synagogue and lodged the vehicle in a hallway, where he exchanged gunfire with security guards before the truck caught on fire and the terrorist died of a self-inflicted wound to the head.

Now, the temple has released shocking pictures that show the devastating aftermath of the attack.

After the attempted terrorist attack, the media rushed to defend the man identified as Ayman Mohamad Ghazali, a 41-year-old naturalized U.S. citizen from Lebanon who lived in Dearborn Heights, according to the U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement.

His brother was reportedly a commander in Hezbollah.

The New York Times described him as a “quiet restaurant worker.” He attempted to massacre a children’s daycare.

The attack exposes weaknesses in the U.S. immigration program as it naturalized a terrorist who cared more about his family in Hezbollah than his wife or the country that offered him the American Dream.

Ghazali entered the U.S. in 2011 on an IR1 immigrant visa as the spouse of a U.S. citizen and was granted U.S. citizenship under the Obama administration, according to the U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement. But after more than a decade of living in the U.S., he failed to assimilate and worked low-wage jobs. He appeared to be separated from his wife, who helped him enter the country.
