The federal trial for Portland Trail Blazers head coach Chauncey Billups will start Nov. 2.

A judge set the date during a hearing in Brooklyn on Wednesday morning with all 30 defendants present.

ABC News reported that federal prosecutors and defense attorneys will discuss how to divvy up the cases for trial.

Prosecutors expect to extend plea offers to 12 defendants in the coming days.

They said at least nine other defendants are having “productive conversations” about pleading guilty.

Billups is charged with money laundering and wire fraud.

He has pleaded not guilty.

It’s not clear whether he is among the defendants working out a plea offer.
