The Trump administration is replacing the Kennedy-era blue and white paint with dark navy blue, deep red and gold. The new colors will be painted on the president’s VIP fleet, including the donated Qatari jet and two other planes that Boeing is converting to serve as Air Force One, according to CBS News.

During Trump’s first term, he shared a model of an airplane with the colors that he wanted for Air Force One. However, President Joe Biden canceled the paint design for the planes.

The contractor, L3 Harris, has been upgrading the Air Force Two planes at its plant in Greenville, Texas.
