BOYNTON BEACH, Fla. (CBS12) — A West Boynton Little League treasurer was arrested Saturday after allegedly stealing over $87,000 in league funds to bankroll his Delray Beach tile business.
According to deputies with the Palm Beach County Sheriff’s Office, a representative with West Boynton Little League reported the league’s treasurer, 44-year-old Jason Bundy of Greenacres, was accused of using league funds to finance his Delray Beach business, Tamiami Tile.
The alleged fraud was discovered in September when an employee logged into the league’s account and noticed the finances were substantially lower than expected.
During an audit, it was discovered that the league’s bank card had been used for $170,000 worth of unauthorized or unapproved transactions.

In a sworn statement, the reporting party said Bundy was the only person with access to the league’s bank card and that a majority of the money was used to purchase tile from his business.
In addition to the tile purchases, they said there were a significant number of Amazon charges, which were not for league purposes.
When confronted about the charges, Bundy allegedly admitted to them and said he would return the stolen funds within seven days. However, he never formally agreed to do so, and the funds were reported to the league’s board of directors.
In total, there were 13 separate tile purchases between January 2024 and August 2025, totalling $87,162 along with $500-$1,000 in unauthorized Amazon purchases, according to the criminal probable cause affidavit.
