Officers responded Feb. 23 to reports of a confrontation. Police said video shows Shaffer-Brockwell jumping onto a vehicle, opening the driver’s door and striking a pregnant woman inside.
According to a police report cited by Fox 35 Orlando, the driver told officers Shaffer-Brockwell had been driving erratically and confronted her after she honked.
“Honk at me again, (expletive),” Shaffer-Brockwell allegedly said before the assault, according to police.
Per the station, the driver told 911, “A woman just assaulted me in my car.”
Authorities said a 68-year-old woman who stopped to help was also attacked. Police allege Shaffer-Brockwell told her, “Get back in your (expletive) car,” before striking her.
Police said Shaffer-Brockwell resisted arrest and bit an officer.
