Woman in custody after firing shots at Rihanna’s Beverly Hills home: LAPD

(TNND) — A woman is in custody after she allegedly shot at pop star Rihanna’s Los Angeles home with an AR-15 style rifle on Sunday, according to police.

The Los Angeles Police Department (LAPD) told multiple news outlets that four rounds hit parts of the property that she shares with rapper A$AP Rocky in Beverly Hills, but no one was injured.

LAPD Capt. Mike Bland confirmed to NBC News that it wasn’t known if the couple and their children were home when the shooting occurred at 1:15 p.m.

Bland added that the rifle was recovered by officers after they responded to a call about an assault with a deadly weapon.

LAPD’s elite Robbery-Homicide Division is investigating.
