Police investigate hit-and-run crash after 69-year-old dies in Baltimore County

BALTIMORE (WBFF) — Baltimore County police are investigating a fatal hit-and-run crash that occurred on Friday evening, officials announced.

On April 10, around 8:20 p.m., officers responded to the crash at Belair Road and Prague Avenue.

Upon arrival, detectives discovered that the victim, identified as 69-year-old Landis Williams, had been struck by a 2014 Honda CRV.

Police noted that the vehicle did not remain at the scene.

Williams was transported to a nearby hospital, where he was pronounced deceased, according to authorities.

This incident remains under investigation.
