Baltimore County (WBFF) — A 12-year-old boy has been arrested in connection with an assault on a 13-year-old girl that happened Monday in Garrison, making him the fourth juvenile charged in this incident.
The boy was charged with first-and second-degree assault.
On May 18, around 8:25 p.m., Baltimore County police officers were called to a home in the unit block of Spectator Lane for a first-degree assault, authorities said.
When they arrived, they found an unconscious 13-year-old girl inside the home. Police said no adults were home at the time of the assault.
She was taken to a local hospital for treatment of non-life-threatening injuries and later released, according to police.
Investigators say the ages of the suspects range from 12 to 14-years-old.
So far, three girls and one boy have been arrested in connection with this incident.
The Baltimore County Police Department continues to work closely with Baltimore County Public Schools as this investigation remains active.
The four juvenile suspects attend Pikesville Middle School, according to the school’s principal. However, the victim doesn’t attend that school.
