
MONTGOMERY COUNTY, Md. (7News) — A former Montgomery County Public Schools employee was accused of assaulting several staff at an elementary school, prompting a lockdown and a brief chase before she was arrested, according to county police.
Officials said the former MCPS employee, identified as 27-year-old Nadine Akoko Sefako Dogbo, of Gaithersburg, entered Glen Haven Elementary School Wednesday morning.

Police were alerted at around 11:34 a.m. that the school had been placed on lockdown.
The woman ran from the school when officers arrived but was arrested after a brief chase.
After her arrest, the school switched from a lockdown to a secure status, officials said.

Dogbo was booked on counts of trespassing, two counts of second-degree assault and additional charges related to disrupting a school while in session, resisting arrest, and disorderly conduct.
