BALTIMORE (WBFF) — A new 911 call is adding to months of concern among Canton residents who say a man has repeatedly exposed himself throughout the Baltimore neighborhood.
At approximately 9:50 a.m. Saturday, a caller reported seeing a man performing a lewd act inside a vehicle on Boston Street.
It remains unclear whether the latest incident is connected to the man residents have described as a suspected serial flasher.
“Honestly, I’m kind of lost for words, but that’s a scary situation,” Anton Burton said.
Neighbors say the encounters have been happening for months, leaving some people uneasy while walking alone or spending time outside, particularly at night.
Baltimore resident Angela Brailford said the reports are especially concerning for families who regularly visit the area.

“I feel very unsafe because I’ve come to this area a lot and I bring my kids here,” Brailford said. “And it’s a nice family-friendly park, you know, where we come and sit down and eat and just have nice family time. So I would feel very unsafe.”
One woman previously shared several videos with FOX45 that she said showed the man during separate encounters. Residents have circulated those images on social media in hopes that someone will recognize him.
Some neighbors said they are changing their routines, paying closer attention to their surroundings and carrying pepper spray.
“I mean, for one, I would say pray. For two, I will say have some mace or pepper spray,” Burton said. “I would stay in areas that, like, you’re visible and things of that nature. And put your track shoes on, run if all else fails.”
Residents said the repeated incidents are not only disturbing, but have also left them questioning what is being done to identify the man before another encounter occurs.
FOX45 reached out to the Baltimore Police Department about the latest 911 call and again asked whether additional patrols would be added in Canton. The department had not responded as of Saturday night.
Residents are urging anyone who recognizes the man or has experienced a similar encounter to contact Baltimore Police.
