55-year-old man arrested in connection with ‘Peeping Tom’ investigation in Towson

An arrest has been made in the ongoing “Peeping Tom” investigation in Towson, the Baltimore County Police Department announced Friday.

On April 20, county police received reports of men seen looking into windows and possibly recording residents in the Towson area.

Officials subsequently urged residents near the Donnybrook Apartments to stay vigilant in light of these incidents.

Police began working closely with Towson University and local organizations to identify and apprehend the potential suspects.

Less than a month later, on May 8, around 4:00 a.m., Baltimore County detectives took 55-year-old Andrade Robinson into custody in connection with the investigation.

Robinson was found near a residence in the Rodgers Forge area.

He is currently being held at the Baltimore County Detention Center without bond.
