
BALTIMORE (WBFF) — The Baltimore City Department of Transportation announced road closures and parking restrictions that will be effect for Artscape this weekend.
The event will take place in downtown Baltimore on Saturday, May 23 and Sunday, May 24.
Parking restrictions for the event will begin at 12:00 a.m. on Tuesday with additional restrictions continuing throughout the week leading up to the event. Road closures for the event will start at 3:00 p.m. on Friday with detours in effect.

In preparation for Artscape, parking will be restricted at the following location from 12:00 a.m. on Tuesday, May 19th until 11:59 p.m. on Thursday, May 21:
Parking will be restricted at the following location from 12:00 a.m. on Tuesday, May 19th until 12:00 a.m. on Monday, May 25:
Parking will be restricted at the following lots from 6:00 p.m. Wednesday, May 20th until 12:00 a.m. Monday, May 25:
Parking will be restricted in the following area from 12:00 a.m. Thursday, May 21st until 12:00 a.m. Monday, May 25:
Parking will be restricted in the following lots from 4:00 p.m. Thursday, May 21st until 12:00 a.m. Monday, May 25:
Parking will be restricted in the following lots from 6:00 p.m. Thursday, May 21st until 12:00 a.m. Monday, May 25:
Parking will be restricted in the following areas from 2:00 p.m. Friday, May 22nd until 12:00 a.m. Monday, May 25:
In addition to parking restrictions, the following streets will be closed to traffic from 3:00 p.m. on Friday, May 22nd through 12:00 a.m. on Monday, May 25, with detours and parking restrictions in effect:
Saratoga Street between Holliday Street and Guilford Avenue will have a temporary two-way traffic pattern implemented for Breco Condominium residents. Motorists traveling in these vicinities should be on the watch for changing traffic patterns and are encouraged to use alternate routes away from the footprint of the event to avoid delays.
Motorists will be directed to alternate routes as instructed by the Baltimore Police, Transportation Enforcement Officers, signs, and/or electronic message boards.

Residents, students, employees, and visitors are encouraged to plan for the closures by using alternate routes and allowing additional travel time.
