BALTIMORE (WBFF) — Maryland Transit Administration Police are asking for the public’s help in identifying a suspect connected to an assault on an MDOT MTA bus operator last month in downtown Baltimore.
According to investigators, the assault occurred around 6:40 p.m. on April 1 aboard an MTA CityLink Navy bus traveling along West Lombard Street.
Police said the suspect boarded the bus with a group of juveniles in the block of East Lombard Street.
The assault took place as the bus traveled into the 100 block of West Lombard Street.

Authorities say the suspect later exited the bus in the unit block of West Lombard Street.
No additional details about the extent of the operator’s injuries have been released.
MDOT MTA Police have released an image of the individual they are seeking to identify and are urging anyone with information to come forward.
