BALTIMORE (WBFF) — A 19-year-old has been arrested in connection with an armed carjacking reported last month in the city’s Belair-Edison neighborhood, according to Baltimore Police.
Police say detectives arrested Deandre Brown in connection with an armed carjacking that occurred June 21 in the 3200 block of Harwell Avenue, a residential area next to Clifton Park Golf Course.
On July 29, members of the Eastern District Directed Action Team arrested Brown without incident in the 3200 block of Belair Road.

Police said officers recovered the victim’s stolen Citizen watch from Brown’s possession during the arrest.
Brown was taken to the Central Booking Intake Facility, where he was charged in connection with the armed carjacking.
The investigation is ongoing.
