Bowie man arrested after Annapolis police recovered heroin, other drugs and gun

ANNAPOLIS, Md. (WBFF) — Annapolis police arrested a Bowie man on Wednesday after recovering heroin along with other drugs and a gun, officials said.

On Aug. 19, around 3:10 p.m., the Annapolis Department Special Investigations Section executed a search warrant at 1100 block of Madison Street.

Orlando Diamonte Irving, 31, of Bowie, Maryland was arrested following the search.

Officers obtained a search and seizure warrant for Controlled Dangerous Substance (CDS) activity, and recovered the following items:

• 102.5 grams of cocaine
• 56.8 grams of heroin
• 8 1/2 fluid ounces of PCP
• 61.5 grams of amphetamine
• $423 in cash
• A 43X 9mm gun with an obliterated serial number and 11 rounds, including one round in the chamber

It is unclear whether the address where the search warrant was executed was Irving’s residence.
