Canton flasher nabbed: Police arrest 49-year-old suspect in indecent exposure spree

After months of concern from Canton residents who said a man had repeatedly exposed himself in the Baltimore neighborhood, police say an arrest has been made.

Baltimore Police said detectives arrested 49-year-old Jason S. Morgan in connection with multiple indecent exposure incidents that occurred during June and July.

One resident, Samantha Pollitt, shared videos she captured of the man with FOX45. She says she’s seen him multiple times and hopes the images will help identify him.

He has been charged with three counts of indecent exposure.

Detectives are continuing to investigate whether Morgan may be connected to additional incidents in the area.
