Charging documents reveal investigation into officer who allegedly committed on-duty rape

BALTIMORE (WBFF) — The charging documents for a suspended Baltimore police officer allege that he raped a woman after taking her to a home in Harford County.

Baltimore Police Department officer Daniel Oxendine was on duty at the time of the incident, according to authorities.

The documents state that he was given permission from his superior to drive the woman to a residence Edgewood, Maryland.

They contain details surrounding the alleged rape and discuss the outcome of a DNA profile recovered from the woman’s home.

Oxendine is facing six criminal counts including two counts of first-degree rape and two counts of second-degree rape.
