BALTIMORE COUNTY, Md. (WBFF) — Emergency crews responded to a hazardous incident in Lutherville Friday afternoon, said the Baltimore County Fire Department.
The possible mercury spill in the 8600 block of Tower Bridge Way, near a townhome community, prompted multiple patient transports for evaluation and decontamination.
Officials said the Maryland Department of the Environment (MDE) and the Baltimore County Department of Health were notified.
Crews remained on scene to continue monitoring the situation.
