The garage contained several pieces of machinery, tools, and fire equipment. All contents are a total loss.

The structure itself is estimated to be a $100,000 loss, and the contents are around a $400,000 loss.

Officials said that the owner used their compact loader to assist the fire department in removing debris to extinguish the fire completely.

According to investigators, accidental causes are still under review, including the active charging of lithium-ion batteries.

Officials noted there was no smoke alarm, fire alarm, or sprinkler.
