PRINCE GEORGE’S COUNTY, Md. (7News) — A man and a woman, both from Washington, D.C., are facing charges in Prince George’s County months after a deadly shooting.
Police arrested Orlando Edwards, 20, and India Stroman, 21, on Thursday.

Investigators said Edwards and Stroman got into some kind of fight with Ricardo Lee Vance, 47, on Feb. 3. Police did not say what the fight was about, only that the suspects and the victim did not previously know each other.
The fight ended with Vance being shot in the 6100 block of Oxon Hill Road. The man died at the scene.
Edwards and Stroman both face first and second-degree murder charges.
