Detective opened an investigation into a shooting in northwest Baltimore on Tuesday night.
A dozen patrol cars and an ambulance filled the parking lot of an apartment complex in the 1600 block of North Hilton Street following the report of gunfire.
Multiple people were placed in handcuffs. Officers walked them to nearby patrol cars.
Crime lab technicians could be seen taking pictures of two different entryways leading to apartment units. There was a knife in front of one of the entryways and blood on the stairs inside the other entryway.
